By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Elion Enterprise Systems.

This site describes the systems Elion designs, builds and operates. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a specification, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver any particular capability, timeline or outcome.

The product screenshots on this site are real captures of real systems, and each one carries a status label and, where relevant, a disclosure stating exactly what you are looking at:

• Production — a finished system running live.
• Operational deployment and Internal deployment — a system in real daily use.
• Active development — a system being built, shown as it currently is.
• Local demonstration and Simulated demo data — a demonstration environment; the values on screen are seeded or simulated, never measurements from a live operation.
• Prototype — an early build, not a deployed product.

Those labels are part of the claim, not decoration. A capture marked as a demonstration must not be read as evidence of a running deployment, and we do not present it as one.

Descriptions of capabilities reflect what Elion builds. What any particular implementation will include is defined in that engagement’s own scope, not inferred from this site.

Requesting a Systems Assessment through the assessment form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either side to proceed. Any engagement that follows is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property, support and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement controls.

The content, design, code, illustrations and product captures on this site belong to Elion Enterprise Systems or to the respective system owners, and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and share pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or adapt the site’s content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party product and company names shown in captures — including the payment and infrastructure providers visible on screen — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in a screenshot records what the software integrates with; it does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation between those companies and Elion.

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation or availability, or probe it in a way that degrades it for others;
• use the assessment form to send unsolicited commercial messages, malicious content, or another person’s details without their knowledge;
• scrape or reproduce the site’s content or images at scale.

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, move or remove any page at any time. Where the site links to an external site, we are not responsible for that site’s content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Elion Enterprise Systems is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the informational content of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from an actual engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, where Elion operates.
